Our Policy
Paddy Stump Grinding and Tree ServiceExperts has a safety program that includes:
- Supervisor Safety Training
- Safety manuals issued to all crews.
- A Weekly tailgate safety program.
- Bi-monthly Supervisor safety meetings.
- Regularly scheduled safety training sessions.
- Formal skills training courses for arborists.
Prevention
Paddy has developed a program that works, and prevents accidents. Our employees mindset and safety focus is what we feels sets apart. We know tree work can be dangerous, so pride ourselves in assessing hazards, using proper techniques, and mitigating risk. Our safety plan is built in to every job performed, and helps us maintain our outstanding record and repution with our clients.
Guidelines and Regulations
Paddy employees abide by  guidelines and safety standards for workers while engaged in pruning, repairing, maintaining, or removing trees. ANSI, CSA, and EU are the recognized safety standards for tree care throughout the world, and Paddy maintains 100% compliance.
